My first and last stay. When I arrived, I was given room 216 but the AC didn't work so I was moved to room 220. The first night was fine but when I woke from the second night I bites all over my arms, back and face. I thought I had got bitten at work by spiders because there was nothing on the lower half of my body. It wasn't until the next night that I realized these weren't spider bites because I saw a little brown bug in the velvet blue headboard. I had been attacked by BED BUGS! It was a miserable, itchy and painful stay.

Our. Check in was made so much nicer by our desk person Jamesha. We had problems with the Hotels.com booking. But she patiently sorted it all out. Even though the room was run down condition, we had a pleasant stay.

Best Check In Lady Ever!
Older woman that checked us in thay night (named started with a S) was absolutely amazing. Suggested a restaurant near by and told us the spots to not go too. The tv in the room at first didnโt work, so she let us switch rooms!

Filthy and dilapidated! Horrible place!
Worse hotel in the U.S.! I have stayed in hotels in 45 states, and this is perhaps the worse one of them all. So many problems and utterly filthy. I cannot believe Hotels.com has them rated as a 7.0!
Issues:
1. I reserved 2 rooms through Hotels.com. Only to find that only one reservation was made. Fortunately, I was able to add another room upon arrival.
2. First noticed the waiting area and the dining area was filthy. Nasty carpets and all furniture was stained and worn out.
3. The coffee machine in my room was filthy (see picture).
4. The AC had been off in second room. It was probably 85 degrees in there. It took several hours to cool down.
5. Floor in second room was sticky and dirty.
6. After taking shower, I realized I had no bath towels. I dried with washcloths. Next morning I mentioned it but upon my return to the hotel they still had not given me towels. I had to go to front desk to get them.
7. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were the smallest I have ever seen. Only good for one person ( picture).
8. The chair in one room was absolutely disgusting. Looks like someone urinated on it (picture).
9. Breakfast was poor. Ran out of waffle batter first morning. Basically, no food at all on second day (picture). They were so slow to replace it I only had coffee and juice. But I was lucky! My friend waited and ate the food when it came out. Then he got food poisoning and had diarrhea for most of the day.
10. TVs did not work at all on second day.
