The comforter was in a bag and had a horrible smell to it. I had to open my room door and leave it open to get the smell out of my room. I took it to the front desk and gave it to the night clerk. My refrigerator did not get my food cool.

Great place to stay. Suites very nice & comfortable. Remodeling is beautiful!!! Still working on the whole 2nd floor. So some noise in the morning if you’re sleeping in. Should be perfect when they’re done. Definitely will book again!!!

Stayed for two nights and housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I was leaving out for the day and saw housekeeping in the hall. I asked if she was coming to clean my room she stated she had two more rooms before mines. When I came back that night my room was not cleaned.

The front desk staff was phenomenal. Very attentive and kind, and respectful of their clients. The facility, however, needs major renovations. The carpet in the room was ripped and torn in places, the door to the room sticks, the showerhead position should be moved to the other side of the shower so that you don't get soaked just trying to turn the water on, the mattress for the pullout sofabed was ratty, stained, and flat. There were no blankets in the room, and no valet table for luggage.

The conditions of the property was not up to Marriott standards. It lack in the polish and maintenance I've seen in other Marriott properties. The carpets were worn and faded. The elevator carpet was soiled and the paneling was damaged at the bottom. It lacked the usual amenities. The room coffee maker was cheap and the coffee left was old and stale. The place needs a facelift. The staff was excellent!

If you like fresh linens and good service, do not stay at this hotel. We had requested our room to be cleaned during a multi day stay and were told that they are not doing it because of covid, in August 2022. We had also requested towels since we only got 2 on check in. It took 4 requests over a 12 hour period just to get fresh towels and the front desk kept saying they were out. These are basic needs requested from an established brand from Marriott. Avoid this one
