Reserved for 5 nights, but moved out after two nights due to the worst service experience in my whole life. When I and my wife returned late in the evening of the 2nd day, room key did not work so I worked around 100 meters to the reception leaving my wife at the door. When I asked the receptionist for a new working key, another staff approached and intervened and asked for payment or payment guarantee settled, even though they had confirmed my Visa premium card at the time of check-in, with which the reservation had been confirmed. Obviously, they made the rook key inoperable for this purpose. After all, I paid for the two nights on the spot, and checked out early the next day.
