Incredible location and huge family room. Very quiet but right next to station and tube.

Stayed here for a night in London before our flight back to the US the next day. Easy access from Paddington Station and the location made it so easy for us to take the tube to see the sights. Staff was helpful and also upgraded us to a bigger room as it was the last night of our honeymoon.

The key is to stay in the new tower. Newer rooms, comfy beds. The old wing is smelly and rundown

From airport to Hilton Paddington by Heathrow express only 20 min. You can enter hotel lobby through backdoor. No problem with rain. Spacious tower room excellent with access to lobby. Metro nearby to good access to London center. Staff very friendly. Recommend!

10/10 Exceptional

The location is great! The room was quite spacious. There was no bathroom mat, but they brought it as soon as I requested. The staff was very helpful but the number of people at the reception was so small that there was always a queue of people checking in, which is my only complaint. All in all I am very pleased with the hotel.

Great location but a bit outdated. Elevators took a really long time. A whole lot of us were waiting for a room around 4pm.
