Awesome place to stay if you fly out of DSM
Awesome place to stay if you need to fly out of DSM. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Plus they have a sauna! Hotel is older, but very well maintained. Staff were super helpful. Airport shuttle is on the hour starting at 4am. Thanks again!

The front desk staff person was friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean. The bed was squeaky when I sat on it and every time I moved, which I've never had at this hotel before. Breakfast was very good. Except for the noisy bed, it was a great stay.

Great place and recommended but had no heat
Great place to stay, especially for the price. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because the heater in our room did not work. They said they couldn’t do anything till the next day and they were gonna call us to get us a new room, but they never did. Nothing was comped off of the room either. Other than that, the hotel is great very convenient and we will stay there again. It was just disappointing that we froze all night long.

Olivia was the employee that helped us. She answered all our questions, made sure we were comfortable, and even though we had multiple rooms booked at times she made sure we were by each other without asking. She went above and beyond for us.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. Nice breakfast included but it over to early for the casual trip (9:30) - Noon checkout was really nice. Hot Tub was broken during our stay. PS. the snack/food store near the front desk was Incredible and OK prices.

Our plane was delayed and got in later than expected, around midnight I think. They had their shuttle pick us up at the airport. Very nice and helpful gentleman. Front desk clerk was a very nice young lady also. They were so helpful when my daughter stopped the next day to pick us up. Beds were perfect! The free breakfast was fantastic! No problems at all. Would give them five stars.
