The hotel didn't offer early check-in (they just offer to notify you if your room becomes available early) but they did take our bags and store them while we were at the football game. Parking was pricey at $40 and they only offered valet, not other options. There was no transportation services (paid or unpaid) to the football game. You'd think they would have offered up a van service seeing as there were so many guest staying for the game, even if it was paid. The on-site restaurant was under staffed and dirty. There was food all over the tables, chairs and floors. At lunch, there was only 1 person tending to the restaurant for all roles, bussing, waiting, cleaning, etc, which apparently was left over from the free breakfast that morning. Also, the next day, we attempted to take advantage of the free breakfast (1 of the deciding factors of going with the hotel) but it was such a mob scene that we couldn't get a seat, and we missed the 9:30a deadline to get the free breakfast. Also coffee ran out, was not replaced and we had to go to Starbucks which is attached to the hotel but very pricey. Since we paid a pretty penny for the room, I would have thought they would have more people on staff to handle these things. The room was excellent, no complaints for cleanliness or comfort.
