The room itself was clean and the bathroom was modern and well presented. The reception desk was staffed 24/7, which was kind of reassuring. However, there were a few contradictions and security concerns. The room we were given had a kitchenette, yet food is not allowed in the rooms and no plates or cutlery are provided, which seems a little confusing. We were allocated a basement room with a fire-exit door leading directly outside. As the room was below ground level, the door could be opened from both inside and outside. During our stay, we noticed the staff area door left open with no staff present, which made the fire-exit route feel easily accessible to anyone staying at the hotel. As the external corridor was not private, we didn't feel particularly secure. While the main reception is staffed around the clock, there also appeared to be no additional security on the internal doors leading to the guest room areas. Overall, if you're not too fussy and only need somewhere to sleep for a night, it's adequate. For a short stay where you won't be spending much time in the hotel, it does the job, but the security concerns would make me think twice about returning.

A lovely stay. Love reception staff who were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - recently decorated - just a few little things that still need addressing - the sash window kept dropping slightly but informed the receptionist and they are going to get it looked at. Overall a very lovely stay.

Its a good place for only be one or maybe 2 nights, theres not many space and a little bit old rooms. 5 stars for de location in the middle of soho (if you dont like noise, its not your place)
