Overall was a clean hotel, only complaints was the fact they had 2 inoperative elevators leaving only 1 functioning for the entire hotel. This caused significant wait times all while carrying luggage and small children. I would also say the amount of street sound through the windows was a bit much as we heard somebody crying right outside our window. We enjoyed the close proximity to nice restaurants and water front attractions.

Towed Our Car After We Reserved a Paid Spot in Lot
Our car got towed from the reserved parking lot (which did not have enough spaces for the amount of cars that paid to park there) after we had explicitly registered it with the hotel. This cost nearly $1,000 in towing fees, Uber costs to get to the towing lot, and several hours to resolve. The next day, they offered to write us a check for the cost of the towing, but did not reimburse us for the $120 we paid to reserve parking in a lot without a sufficient number of parking spaces. Overall, they attempted to make things right, which I appreciate, but it really messed with our day to have to spend 4 hours retrieving the car.

It was in a great location, but the beds were not comfortable and bed sheets had a smell to it. Paid Parking was limited the first night, but got better the next two days. Breakfast was good overall.

It was okay.
Our stay was short but went okay. Getting the digital key was a bit tricky. The room was fine. Although itโs next to a train track and itโs loud. They are upgrading their elevators but it wasnโt much of an inconvenience. The parking is $40/a day but the spaces are super compact. Vans and bigger trucks had to block one side of the driving lanes which wasnโt good. We almost got hit by someone. We had a normal sedan and it couldnโt fit into the spaces. The staff was nice and the area isnโt bad. Iโd stay again if need near the airport again. Just donโt expect a lot of frills.
