Checked in to 106- opened the door & there was already a backpack in there & pillows looked like they had been laid on. Front desk attendant eventually moved us to 102. As soon as we got to sleep, someone came storming into our room, stopped by the safety latch, insisting it was assigned to them. After we got to sleep a 2nd time, it happened again with someone else, like wise a 3rd & 4th time!!!! Then the manager on duty came insisted I come to the front desk insisting we were NOT registered, I insisted we were registered. I was forced to put on some clothes and go to the front desk. As I got there, they miraculously found our registration!!! After all this I never got back to sleep!

Not impressed
We found a massive cockroach on the TV, and the cleaning staff forgot to clean the fridge from the prior guest.

Lack of hot breakfast
Very disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast. The breakfast was one of the reasons I booked with Country Inn and Suites. If I had known it had changed and would not have the breakfast I would have changed hotels.
