Customer service was horriable at front desk in the afternoon.. Was not greeted. Was asked to go to another register since the lady needed to sit with her supervisor. We were given 1 key for 4 people we had 2 rooms.they told us we needed to come bk the next day to get more keys. This was after i stated i shouldnt have to pay for parking till i get all the keys for our rooms. Which by the way they have just started to charge for parking. Apparentily they had a shortage of keys, though there were keys throughtout the counter and part of the hotel was working on by workers so they were not rented out. The rude gentleman at the desk did not let us know what our rooms numbers were, never asked if we had a car to park i had to asked to get a parking pass. He had thrown the keys on the counter once his supervisor gave the ok to give us 4 keys which we had to come back 3 times for 2 of the keys did not work. I have been coming here since my son was 3 and we were celebrating him being 20. I will not be coming back. I am sure the hotel really doesnt care We have asked for the manager to call it has now been 4 days. If you want terrible customer service this is the place for you. We were not the only ones having the issues on our trip. We did stay 4 days 3 nights.
