Amazing stay! We asked for a 2 bedroom condo and got it but didn’t realize they had different condos. We needed 2 pullout couches for our stay and the staff was amazing and found us another condo without any issues. They really are there to make your trip as stressful as possible.

Amazing resort with friendly staff

Bed needed to be replaced, not comfortable. It was also noisy the entire time, like the people beside us were in our condo, and could hear every step of the people above us. On our last night, the people in the adjoining condo cooked bacon, and out entire condo spelled of bacon and the smoke alarm was set off for an hour. When I checked out and told the front desk about it, all she said was, oh I'm so sorry.

We had a one bedroom.Was nice and clean with lots of room.Only draw back was we were put on the very top of floor in the very back and the elevator could be slow.Otherwise a great place to stay for the price.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and up until this trip we have had an excellent experience. This trip we had cold showers the first two days, then 30 minutes after they fixed that we had cold air blowing out instead of heat. Once they fixed that on the fourth time in our room was set at 72, but stayed at 80 or 81 degrees. It was not and enjoyable trip for a family vacation to say the least. Our daughter couldn’t get a nap in with them in and out The whole time. Just very unfortunate considering we have stayed there and become familiar with it every time we go to Branson We are now thinking of going somewhere else on this next visit in a few weeks.
