Great location. Unfortunately my son’s and my room weren’t vacuumed on arrival. Requested and it was done. Bathtub drained very slowly so showers were an ordeal in my room. Across from an important papal cathedral.

Wonderful place to stay and take in all the views.
Great balcony room to enjoy the city of Rome's busy streets, sights, people watch everything.
The hotel inside has many little places to wonder around and get lost in old Italian painted ceilings, courtyard, a beautiful chapel on the 3 floor. The staff is great especially Pereira, went above and beyond to help make our trip even better.

A wonderful Italian charm hotel. Hotel staff super kind and helpful. Excellent location. 15 min walk to anything and close to the termini for easy in and out of the city access.

Good location central with lots of walking items. Room is very dated mould around shower dusty temperature control didn’t work in the shower. Breakfast was very basic.

The reception was unwelcoming, the concierge being blunt to the point of rudness. Breakfast very basic and sometimes of questionable freshness. The first room had many faults but we were moved on request. The second room was better.

This hotel was AMAZING! The history associated with it is incredible. Located within a short walk to the Termini Station. Lots a good restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. If I make it back to Rome I will stay here again.

Nice Historic hotel, but rooms very basic, tired and need of attention.
Curtains wouldn’t open,
No mattress protector on bed,
No drain cover in shower, just a hole,
No toilet roll holder,
Nowhere to hang bath towels,
No cover on fuse box,
Missing light bulbs
Carpet, curtains and net curtains needed cleaning.
Leaking shower screen.
Totally unfriendly service

The rooms are gross, stains on the sheets/comforters. The bathroom had mold, our toilet wouldn’t flush. The staff did give us a new room after 24 hours of no toilet, but the new room was just as bad, with a working toilet this time. A miserable stay.

It is located only 10 minutes from termini train station,which is great for getting to and from the airport.
20 minutes walk to major attractions.
Hotel was fine, a little old decor. Breakfast was really limited, could benefit with more choice.

Do not book here. Service was terrible. Rooms were not clean and well maintained. Breakfast was just terrible...fanta instead of orange juice, watered down apple juice, instant coffee. Nothing warm. Worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Please book any other hotel, you will regret staying here
