I pay for a king size bed room there was guys smoking weed outside the door when we went to the office to ask the guy to change the room for us he gave us an attitude and gave us another room with a double bed with roaches on the floor we were so tired of driving that we kept the room but it was very unpleasant and disappointing

Don't stay here.

The owner is the rudest person. I arrived at 2:30 to check in and he had the door to the office locked. Talked through a window. Rudely told me i couldn't check in until 3:30. When I returned, I was not given the room I booked. The room he gave us was 2 double beds and reeked of cigarette smoke. I had booked 1 queen bed. I refused the room. He tried to tell us the smell was cleaning chemicals. Then he showed us a different room but wanted more money for it. Again I refused. Next was another room with 2 double beds. When I said I wanted what I had booked and was told he didn't have it available. I booked in February for an April stay. We were gone all day the next day. When we returned the key card didn't work (it didn't work any of the next days on our stay.) I was able to push the door open without a card. The lock on the door was broken. Thank goodness I didn't leave any valuables in room. Asked for coffee for the in room coffee maker and was told no coffee. Also no continental breakfast. Every day of our 4 night stay, we were asked if we were checking out! Rude, rude people!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Motel should be removed from Hotels.com and Wyndham. Didn't do anything about the door lock. Didn't care.

Unsafe Lodgings

No one at desk till 3PM. Left at 9PM. Phone out of service in room. Lock broke on door. Management rude. Doesn't measure up to Wyndham standards. Will NEVER stay here again or recommend.

The hotel cancelled our reservation 2 hours before we were slated to arrive. We had to scramble on order to make our weekend getaway. We were so angry and disappointed. We were told that the hotels roof needed to be repaired and that they had to cancel our reservation. I thought that was irresponsible of them to do that last minute.

Lies, lies, and more damn lies.

Everything about this motel is a lie. Our no-smoking room stank of smoke and there were two ashtrays in the room. “Newly renovated”? Maybe in 1955. WiFi? Practically non-existent. Neat Siesta Key? LMAO. Almost in Bradenton is more like it. No water pressure in sink. Sheets not changed during 8-day stay. Trash not removed daily. Towels removed but not replaced. Noisy. The grounds were covered with litter. Dirt in every crevice. Loved the hookers in the red car parked there every night. If you’re tempted to stay here for the price, think again. Run. One positive: The A/C worked (miracle of miracles).

Beyond pathetic

Pathetic management . Said my our room had water damage and there were no rooms available as I arrived at 10 pm. Thought another Super 8 might have a room . Didn’t help me at all. Could have easily emailed me about my room or told hotels.com to tell me . Both huge failures !!!

It worked

Aside from desk clerk continuously lying and the roach (the bug) in our room, we had a roof a bed and a shower so it worked.
