I had booked two rooms at the hotel, but when I got there, they refused to acknowledge this. I had the booking and payment confirmation for two rooms and they would still not accept they were in the wrong.
In the end, I had to leave and find another hotel at 3 am, along with my family who had just got off a long flight.
The reception desk were extremely unfriendly, rude and not willing to listen to me.
Fast forward a few days, I tried to call the manager on several occasions to get my money refunded, however, he did not respond.
It took 3 months of emails to Hotels.com to get my refunded and even then, not the full amount. I am still owed 300 dirhams.
Absolutely appalled at the lack of service. Never again.
