Our first morning the elevator broke down (we were on the third floor). Later that day the key card wouldnโt unlock the side door. That had to be reprogrammed. Then the door to our room would not lock. I had to request another room in order to be able to leave to attend a family function. The toilet in the new room would not stop running unless the handle was jiggled.

Unhappy guests Hampton Inn Springfield TN
Our room was not cleaned and was not cleaned during our stay even after requesting it. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet needed repair, and elevator was out. We were on the third floor and my 89 year old mother had to tackle the stairs several times before the elevator was repaired. We should have been compensated for this and was not.

Perfect for an overnight stay!
We stayed over on our trip home from Indiana. The front desk reception was friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the bottom floor. The too was clean and cool which was exactly what was needed! The breakfast had lots of options to choose from and tables were clean etc.

This was undoubtedly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We always try to stay in Hampton Inns because we can count on being comfortable. We were very disappointed.

The Hampton Inn in Springfield, TN was a wonderful experience. The staff, room and morning breakfast was amazing. Iโm looking forward to my next visit to Springfield and staying at the Hampton Inn!

Great Stay
In town for a wedding. Only stayed one night but stay was nice. Very clean and updated room. Spoke with Millan before our arrival and she was very helpful and super friendly addressing our needs. Would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Inn.
