The room we stayed in for 2 nights looked nothing like the pictures on the Hotels.com website. Attached photos speak for themselves.
Worn out dated furniture, dirty smelly carpet, soggy mattress with polyester sheets, small window facing the interior car park (ours was a "dog friendly" first floor handicap room)
Breakfast room is tiny and seats max 12 people. Breakfast: choice of prepacked egg sandwich warmed up in microwave, toast with avocado/mayonaise spread, or yoghurt and fruit.
Parking spaces on the inner part of the property are extremely narrow and fill up quickly. Outside parking lot is dark. We were approached by a homeless person there one night - scary.
Hotels.com website stated pet fee was $ 40 maximum per stay, but we were charged $40 per night plus tax. The fornt desk clerk said the website needed to be updated.
