Good location, close to the Paddington station. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff wasn't always the nicest and you heard everything in the hallway. Everytime someone closed the dorr to a room there was almost like a "bang" into our room. Several mornings we woke up by that. The breakfast was okey.

Stayed 1 night for Theatre visit. Our Room although very small was clean with very comfortable beds, modern decor, Bathroom clean very smart excellent showerwith hot water. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, plus full English, all was self serviceexcept Tea and Coffee brought to you. The road is quiet, sometime in London there is noise all night, deliveries, sirens etc but not here. Staff helpfull, stored luggage as arrived early as went straight out. Timed the walk to Paddington Station, 3 minutes andl am elderly! After booking read some bad reviews but we were very happy for the price we paid.

The room was very clean. I was comfortable for the 12 nights I stayed there. Very close to Paddington Station. I felt safe. The towels are very small, the pillows were really big and uncomfortable to sleep on. The window didn’t close easily, but I managed to get it closed by standing on the chair. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
