Great hotel in a fantastic location very close to Hyde park and lots of transport links. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the cleanliness was great however some areas of the hotel and rooms were run down and could benefit from a refurb. Nothing to put me off staying again though as the staff, location and high standard of cleaning plus the cooked breakfast everyday more than made up for it.

We only stayed for one night. The lady that works in reception was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is looking tired but our room was comfortable, clean and a great location.

Billederne snyder vildt.

Great spot in London to stay walkable distance to lots & 2 tube stations nearby, easy to get to anywhere you would want to go. Breakfast included was good. All staff friendly & helpful. Rooms clean & comfortable, bathroom could do with an upgrade, but fine for a few nights. Would recommend 👍

Mycket enkelt hotell. Dusch i princip oanvändbar pga lågt vattentryck.
