We stayed in the building next to the campground. Was a little disappointed that we weren't in the building near the office. However, overall it was a nice 2 night stay. The room was nice and big with 2 King beds. The beds were a bit firm and a bit uncomfortable for us as we have bad backs. The sheets and pillows were cleaned. The floors where half carpet, where the beds and entries were and in the middle was laminate in front of the sink and bathroom. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. There was only one chair and a desk chair, that was broken and uncomfortable.The room could of used another lounge chair. The patio was a little dirty and there was plastic chair rockers and a small table, which were ok. Love the sound of the river, but the trees were blocking the view from the 4th floor. Love the wild life and there was a family of ground hogs too. Fun and cheap entertainment from all the birds. Very peaceful. Breakfast was very good lots of choices of hot food, eggs, sasauge potatoes, pancakes and cereal for the kiddos. The stuff was very friendly and on top of filling up all the food items. The only downside was that we had to get into our car and drive over to the breakfast area and breakfast was from 7 - 9am, and the there was alot of people. It be nice if it it would would be open till 10am. Thank you to the front desk for having our room ready a little earlier before check in. Had a nice stay overall. The town trolley was available too.
