The stay was good, however, we were there for a swim meet and didn’t have time to go to the pool. On Sunday at checkout my husband asked if we can come back around noon to use the pool and the front desk person told us it was too late and we would have to purchase another night to use the pool for a few hours, after staying there for two night already!! Not even an option to pay just to use the water park!

Staff was friendly and very helpful, the available breakfast each morning was very good, the condition and cleanliness of our rooms and the rest of the hotel and grounds was great. After paying almost $600 (non refundable) for a one night stay (prices were inflated all over town because of a concert), we were charged an additional $10 for the privilege of parking our vehicle overnight in the hotel's own parking lot. The flimsy excuse was that people flying out of the nearby airport would leave their vehicles for days. Give me a slip to put in my window to show the nights I've paid for and let me park for free. You don't need to charge $10. Insane.
