It is a good hotel for spending the night and well priced. The continental breakfast was excellent. The only problem we had was with children running around and screaming in the hallway at night. We called the office several times and nothing happened until the kids finally went to sleep around 1;00 am..

This property is quite decent but not great. The Hotel is decent but not overly clean. The carpet in our room s quite dirty. It was vacuumed but dirty. No lamps. No plug for bathtub. Towels a bit ragged. No face cloths. One hand towel. A hand towel being used as the tub mat.

The property was very dirty and the room were also dirty, the sheets super worn out and the towels were falling apar. We were in the 3rd floor and the Elevator was not working. My husband has knee surgery and was very complicated to go to our room cince we had to use the stairs. I was told by staff the Elevator has been broken for over 2 years

Pésima atención de la

Llegamos al hotel y estaba saturado, había fila para hacer check in, estaba la encargada y 2 recepcionistas, pero la jefa no agilizaba el procedimiento, quería hacer ella todo. Nos asignaron una habitación y al llegar a ella no está lista aún. La mucama amablemente habló a la recepcion y tuve que bajar a que asignaran otra habitación, la jefa me ignoró y tuve que esperar otros 20 min. Sugiero que debe de entrenar a los recepcionistas y dejarlos hacer su trabajo.
