A unique and solid place to stay near the Vatican

This is my favorite place to stay in Rome. Right next to Saint Peter’s Square, clean rooms, very friendly staff, and breakfast is perfect. Also the building is unique and has a beautiful courtyard at the entrance. I also love that they slip the day’s gospel under the door in the morning.

This is always a wonderful place to stay when we are in Rome. They helped us to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel even though it was a very busy time. The only thing that is sad is that they have canceled their dinner/cocktail service in the evening.

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem. We’ve stayed here every time we’ve come to Rome and it’s always worth it. Yes, it’s a bit of a walk from major monuments but the safety and cleanliness of being in Vatican City compared to the rest of Rome is unparalleled.
