Old and badly in need of maintenance. No service!
The motel was passable - not really bad, just not real good either.
The AC worked wonderfully. The bed was soft and sagged.
The building is old, and in need of updates -- floor linoleum peeling up, no electricity near the desk area, poorly laid out (if sitting in the desk chair, the entire path from bed to bath would be completely blocked. TV service was extremely complicated, with 2 remotes, unless you have Netflix membership. The light in the wash area would keep coming on throughout the night, activated by the motion of feet moving in the bed!
The worst was their "housekeeping service" policy. The floors were sticky, and they would not clean it while the room was in use. They would not touch the room until your 4th day there (we were there for 3 days, and no service until we demanded clean towels (that's all, just towels), and we got them the next day, none available from the front office, only from housekeeping which is only there until 2 PM.
Their housekeeping policy is written in a curled-up laminated sheet at the front desk(see picture), and an older version is in each room; the older version says that housekeeping is daily.
Breakfast was a joke. Area would only sit 10 people. A pancake machine was the only hot food, and the syrup was watery, apple juice was apple-flavored water. Donuts and yogurt (labelled:1 per person)were available IF you were lucky. Only powdered coffee creamer and NO sweetener! And no fresh fruit!
It wasn't our best hotel, by any means!
