Banana Bay, needs upkeeping!
We stayed for 1 night. We went to the pool and there were no towels. We were never told we had to get pool towles from the front desk nor offered them at check in. Our balcony only had 1 chair and when we contacted the front desk, we were told they would try and find one. Maintenence arrived about an hour later with a chair. The pool deck is in poor condition with several boards needing replaced. We asked where the grill was at and we were told, it was out back. We found the grill in very poor condition. Definitely not able to be used. Breakfast was fair however we found the plastic silerware to be a subpar quality and broke 1 knife while trying to butter waffles and 2 knives trying to cut the sausage patties. The resort gounds needs better upkeep (weeds everywhere and junk bicycles next to the building) The building had automatic doors which were nice when taking luggage to and from the rooms. There is no elevator to gwt to the 2nd floor rooms. Also, the building had a smell, like they were trying to cover up a smell.
