Location of hotel is wonderful Our room overlooked Kensington Gardens. The room was spacious though simple. We loved that the bathroom had a usable tub with really hot water. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. I loved that you could choose not to have room cleaning every day, and they would give a 7 pound voucher at the restaurant each day you declined cleaning. We were always out so appreciated the trade off because we weren’t messy. Short walk to tube and really safe area.

Staff helpful and friendly rooms were comfortable with everything you needed. The hotel was spotless. Sadly breakfast was not so good, tea/coffee machine temperamental and latte was Luke warm, bacon was really saly and hard but staff was great in there!
