Overall the vibe is great. The setup of the rooms was fantastic and roomy. The beds are comfy, hot water plentiful, easy access to the lifts. The downfall for our stay (this might be a one off) was the service. We had two separate booking because we decided to add one more night last minute. When making the last minute booking we were told that there were plenty of rooms available with the larger rooms but sold out of the small rooms with our original booking. When we got to the lodge we asked if we could pay the difference and stay in the larger room so we would haven’t to switch the next day. They were not honest and said they were full. I called to verify like I would book a room and was told there were plenty. Once I found out that we couldn’t stay in our room, I asked if they had a place to store our luggage they said no. Then I asked if we could keep them on one of the push carts they said no, we had to put our stuff back in our car. We did that, however, we saw that they let multiple other families keep their luggage in the lobby for hours. The icing on the cake was on the first night when we went to go to bed, we had blood on our sheets. We removed them and slept on the blankets we brought because we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed. When I brought this up to the staff, they did nothing but say sorry. I asked to talk to a manager and gave my number. I still have yet to receive a call. I feel like another number instead of like a customer.
