Son varias las ocasiones en las que nos quedamos aquí, siempre habíamos tenido una experiencia buena hasta esta ocasión. Una serie de eventos desafortunados nos han hecho replantearnos si volveríamos o no a este hotel. A pesar de que su personal es sumamente amable, en esta ocasión nos dieron una hab con muy malas condiciones, nos cambiaron a otra luego de hacer la solicitud pero quedaba super lejos de la playa y no tenia wifi, nos vimos obligados a ir al lobby siempre que teníamos que hacer uso del Internet. El servicio a la habitación tampoco fue el mas idóneo sin contar con los 50 mins que tuvimos que esperar en la entrada del parque una noche porque no nos dejaban acceder sin unos brazaletes que el hotel se supone debía darnos, y muy mal de parte del mismo hotel no ofrecernos una disculpa formal ni compensar el tiempo perdido. Lamentamos mucho la mala experiencia en este viaje. Consideraremos otra opción para una próxima vez. Nota importante: si se va a quedar en este hotel pida sus brazaletes al llegar (uno es blanco y el otro es marrón); tienen un costo adicional. El hotel no informa de esto y es el motivo por el cual no pudimos acceder al área una de las noches.

Beautiful location
It turn out to be an excellent place for us. Clean, spacious, practical and convenient. This place is located right at the beach with great sitting and lounging areas. Bar and restaurant is good. And Mayan ruins are a walking distance.

Nice stay but overpriced
In general a good and comfortable stay, but for this price I would expect excellence. I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. Many less pricey hotels offer water bottles for guests but not here, only in the lobby to drink there. Breakfast was included but it was kind of lean so I was always still hungry and I had to buy more food, and with the included breakfast no extra charge for service but if you add extra to your breakfast then they charge for the service as well and I found this greedy. Otherwise these trivial things would not bother me but the stay in itself was expensive so I expected better quality for this price.

Read Carefully:
Overall, my stay was good, but there are a few things to know before booking: - The hotel is located in an eco-friendly national park, and there’s a Mexican Military checkpoint where guards will search for plastic, food, or drinks, including water which are not allowed per city policy. - After 5 PM, you’ll need your reservation and ID in hand to pass through. - Additionally, the beach closes after dark, and guards will politely ask you to return to the hotel. You are not allowed to walk around the beach at dark. You could tho, stay at the hotel waterfront beach club/ beach bar area. - The military officers were generally courteous and respectful. - A highlight is that the hotel is within walking distance of the national ruins, which was very convenient. - Although it’s relatively close to downtown, you’ll need a car or motorcycle to reach move around. - If you’re looking for a party scene, this may not be the best choice. While the hotels in this area have bars and restaurants, the nightlife is more vibrant about a 10-minute drive south, which isn't walkable. Yet, you must have CASH to enter the ruins area. - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. - The rooms are somewhat dated but functional. Everything, including the AC and tap water, worked well enough.

No se Hospeden en este Hotel
El Hotel no advierte que por ada día que te hospedes ahi tienes que pagar una entrada la parque, hacer fila , exponerte a que la guardia revise tu equipaje , cada que ingresas. No puedes pasar pet ni alcohol, cuando en el hotel si lo venden pero a precios exorbitantes, se cobran el 20 de propina. No hay servicio de agua , solo ponen 2 garrafones y en recepción te dicen que debes traer tu propio termo. Creo que ellos deberían proveer mínimo el agua ya que no dejan pasar nada. No hay transporte, o único que leudes hacer es rentar una bici pero por la noche no hay alumbrado en la avenida, entonces es difícil ir en Bici. Pueden llamarte a un taxi que se adueñan de la reserva y solo puedes salir con ellos, aparte abusan extremadamente con los precios; es decir que estas obligado a que te transportes con ellos a los precios que ellos digan. Definitivamente absolutamente nada recomendable este Hotel. Pésimo

El hotel en general es bello, acceso directo a la playa, bien ubicado. El desayuno esta super bueno en calidad de producto, cantidad, el único detalle el horario, recomendaría que fuese mas temprano porque en caso de tener algún tour el mismo inicia a las 8.30 y ya se hace tarde. La atención en general fue muy buena, Amin (el chico del restaurante) super servicial y respetuoso. Las instalaciones están lindas y las habitaciones cómodas, con buena iluminación. Para el caso de masajes y servicios de spa, yoga, me pareció incómodo, el espacio disponible esta justo al lado de la recepción o en la camino que lleva a la playa, no es privado.
