The front desk guy was very polite!
The room sucked.
Room 204 suppose to be handicap accessible it was NOT!
The king bed did not have enough room in either side to get a standard wheelchair between the wall and the bed.
On the other side of the bed there was 6 inches between the bed and the corner of the moldy, musty air unit. It smelt like mildew an mold.
The bathroom had handicap bars but it was a tub and to turn on the lower shower head you had to reach up and pull a knob on the very top one. As someone who has shoulder issues this sucked. I specifically booked a handicap room for this purpose so I can shower properly.
The lighting was horrible. The light above the mirror in the bathroom was going dead it provided nothing. The light in the room was barely anything. It was like sleeping in a dark, musty, mold smelling, yellow smoke colored trailer park.
breakfast- no coffee, eggs cold, pancakes were like airy crusty pockets.
We would have left but we already drove all day and knew we would be out of here in less than 10 hours.
Comfort hotel we have stayed at other locations and loved it. But its going to take a while for me and my family to trust going to another one anytime soon.

Horrible experience - Never again
We arrived to check in at 7:30pm, there was no clerk or any other employee to be found. There was a sign at the check-in area reading "Be Back Shortly". That WAS NOT the case. We stood around at least 20 minutes and even tried calling the front desk hoping maybe a ringing phone would bring the employee out. Nope. Another guest that was in the lobby walked around the motel looking for the missing check-in clerk. No luck. We waited another 10 minutes. He finally appeared. He came from a room just at the end of the hall where the check-in desk is and smelled of alcohol. He was very rude and hard to understand as he mumbled and would not even make eye contact when asking questions. He seemed very put out that we were waiting when he appeared after all that time. We got our key and hoped for the best. The room (322) was very strangely laid out. The description I had read previously said "all suite motel". Nope, not this room. You walk in to an empty area the size of the a room, followed by a bathroom and then a small sleeping area with the bed and a dresser and a recliner. There was the normal refrig and microwave, but in no way was this a suite. The sweeper obviously was not run as there was plastic from price tags on the floor. The TV remote wouldn't work. The volume would only go up, not down. TV did not turn off. We finally unplugged it. It took a good 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower in the morning. First and last time we will stay at a Comfort Choice place

Very displeasing
I wanted so bad to like this hotel and I went into it with high hopes, but sadly the hopes where shattered. Upon our arrival we were created with very friendly staff and a very clean and pretty lobby, but then we got to our room.... The smell was moldy and yuck. The sheets had makeup stains on them and some of the bedding was damp. The air conditioner had dead bugs all over it, the hot tub was so dirty and had dried candle wax above it. The mini fridge was not at all clean and the wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls. Oh, and the toilet did not flush properly at all. We would need to flush five or six times just for it to properly flush. The area felt safe and the location was very convenient but the experience in the room itself was not good. Very disappointed

Front desknstaff were great. Everything else was.poor. the room was old, carpet worn, odor, tub had gunk all around it. They need to just stop selling rooms and renovate.

Too dirty
Friendly staff, low price.
However, property has a musty smell. The carpet in our room was filthy- our baby crawled a bit and her pajamas turned grey, as did my get after walking around after my shower.
Breakfast was mediocre; the streamer tray was set up so that water droplets kept dropping into the eggs and sausage, making soggy.

Room was "clean", but everything was worn and old. From the carpet in the hall to the tub and comforter in the room. I'm really disappointed and not sure how they still have the rating that they do.
