Check-in was fast and easy. But upon opening the door of the room it felt very humid in room at 68° so much so that the tile floor was condensating amd slippery. When sitting our items down we noticed the bedside tables and desk were sticky with soda rings, the bathroom reaked of smoke, the carpets were unvacuumed, food crumbs all over top of fridge, around fridge, and on the tile floor.
Called the front desk, given a story about a lot of check-outs Saturday so we offered to clean the room. Given a rag, cleaner, broom, and dry mop but offered no compensation for doing the job we essentially paid for when paying for our room.
When entering the bathroom there were hairs on the bathroom floor, in the corners, and on the tub wall. Later we discovered a used washcloth on the shower rod and black hair on a clean bath towel.
On day 2 we had to ask for towels and told housekeeping services the room every other day. Towels were brought to our room.
Monday, while in the shower, the water pressure dropped and then turned off. Not cool when standing in the shower full of soap and shampoo.
We stayed Saturday-Tuesday and never had housekeeping. No towel exchange, no clean linens, no vacuuming, no trash removal.
On Tuesday, Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am to remind us of our 11am checkout yet we were ignored all other times of our stay.
The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was decent. Common areas were clean. The pool was open but wasn't on so 4 dead frogs and debris were floating.
