I choose to stay here for my final 3 days of my Japan trip because of it's location close to Haneda airport. And it was very convenient on my final morning to walk to the station and take a train ride (less than 10 min) to terminal 3. Apart from that the surroundings were not that interesting, but there were more restaurants around Kamata station, 15 min walk to the north-east. The hotel seemed very newly built and it smelled of "new" materials in my room. One downside may be the train tracks right outside my bathroom window. But I didn't have any problems sleeping at night. The TV didn't have a built in Chromecast, but it was possible to connect the YouTube app on the TV with my mobile with a code. That is something I appreciate to have. The breakfast was one of the downsides, as there were no buffet. You just got a small prepared box with mostly white bread. Better than nothing, but not great in my opinion. But I can see myself take 1-2 nights here again in the future, if I feel I need to have a hotel close to Haneda.
