This is clearly a very nice hotel, which it should be at the price for Phnom Penh.
However, the selling point of a swimming pool which literally never gets any sun on it is utterly bizarre and lets this hotel down massively for a tourist.
There are no sunloungers beside the pool, which we thought odd, but then upon realising (and asking staff) the pool and area around it never gets any sun.
The rooftop is great, although not cheap, and the happy hour deals, the staff seemed to give different answers every time on what we could have.
Rooms are very modern, very nicely done, very clean, with comfy bed.
But the pillows are horrific nonsense. When we asked for some harder pillows, even the staff knew, but then produced two pillows exactly the same as the others. We both had bad necks in the morning after attempting to sleep.
Overall, a good hotel with two major flaws.
