Extremely Disappointing Stay for a Global Chain
I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, especially given that it is part of a well-known global chain with properties in many countries and cities. The experience fell far below the standards I expected from such a reputable brand.
There was mould in the bathtub, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic. The hair dryer’s casing was broken, rendering it unsafe to use. The ventilation fan was covered in thick dust, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. To make matters worse, several wall fixtures were loose and appeared at risk of falling, which was a serious safety concern.
For a global brand, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I hope the management takes urgent steps to address these issues, as they do not reflect the standards one would expect from an international hotel chain. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this property.
