Welcoming front desk staff. Convenient for walking Thames St and enjoying the shops and eating establishments. Clean. Probably would not recommend a townhouse with narrow spiral staircase if carrying large or heavy luggage. Nice, small kitchenette. Beautiful balcony view.

Nice place to stay
A 1-bed room suite with a kitchen counter offered great comfort during our stay. The room is bright with large windows and high ceiling. The location is perfect for walking up north to see the waterfront or walking south to visit mansions on Bellvue Avenue! Many restaurants are nearby. The only surprise was the $30 charge on parking. I will come back when I visit Newport again.

It had two floors in our room. It had a nice living room, dining room with table and a kitchenette. It had two bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Also a half bath on the first floor. Each bedroom had a walkout balcony. Dining room and living room had a walk out balcony. It was a very nice room. Parking was in the back of the building. It was quiet. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Even when we checked out. Will stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Grat location, staff, and ease of check in. As others stated, it’s noisy being on Thames, but when you’re facing the street, you get what you get. Cleanliness was good, lots of dead flies and mosquitoes on window sills. Carpet needs replacement and a TV in bedroom should be included in the suite.
