The staff was great 10/10, great property, huge, lots to do, great for kids. Beautiful beach.
Food & drinks werenโt great to me, but overall stay was lovely. Would go back, would recommend.

I felt treated differently as a solo traveler.
It was hard to get a table in the buffet - I had to wait while others behind me in alerted parties were seated. Also my experience in the French restaurant left me waiting for over 39 minutes for a waiter to even come to my table. I bought a ticket for the show but didnโt use it and couldnโt get a resort credit or refund. The spa was really nice , the food was good, however I donโt feel as though I was treated well or that my room was taken care of well.

Fabulous family friendly resort
Initially I didn't know exactly what to expect based on all the mixed variety of reviews. But, I will tell you my family and I took a chance based on the good reviews and boy are we ever glad we did!!! The resort was fabulous...the entertainment team was outgoing and kept things fun and fresh, our rooms and the common spaces were kept very clean (cleaners were everywhere working diligently). As for customer service...TOP TIER ..they really showed true professionalism amd the check in/check out processes were quick and seamless. This is not as commin as you think - at some of the other resorts its a long and tedious waiting game to check in and out. Food...well what else to say except "hats off to the chef "!!!Great Job Bahia!! My family and i had a wonderful time...perfect mix of fun and luxury!!!

Rundown and dangerous rooms
The food was flavourful, on our first day the jerk centre had no available food from about 5:15 pm . The beds and linen was uncomfortable . The twin roll
Out bed was like solid rock, my son had to sleep on the couch instead of the bed. We changed rooms due to the drain cover being loose(which was discovered byy 1 year old) , mold in the bathroom and the hair dryer falling off the fall, the new room didnโt have things falling apart , but it was dusty and the bathroom hard water all over indicating neglect over a period of time . JS not been investing in the property , but willingly accept guests hard earned cash for subpar accommodations . I will however note that the staff at the hostel made the effort to help where they could and I would give the staff about 4.5 stars . Management needs to step up their game, they are not providing 5 star accommodations but more like a 1.5 star

Very Disappointing Experience During My Stay
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel on the Grand side. From the beginning, my experience was far below the standard I expected.
On the second day of my stay, I attempted to dine at one of the restaurants, unaware that it was restricted for Grand side guests. Rather than being informed respectfully, I was treated in an extremely rude and dismissive manner that left me feeling humiliated โ as though I didnโt belong there.
Additionally, my family and I had to wait over 11 hours just to receive basic items such as towels and washcloths, despite making multiple requests. To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned on the second day, and although we filed several complaints, no manager ever followed up or addressed our concerns.
This experience left a lasting negative impression, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the level of communication and hospitality provided to your guests.

Do not come to this resort
the resort itself I will never return to and will be informing those I know not to come here. They failed to provide a rolling bed to the room. I called about 6 times to guest services and they kept saying they will provide me with one. I requested one and sheets from 4pm to 10pm. At 230am I had to go to the lobby and get irate for them to finally tell me "we don't have one" then manager stated he will get one. Which he did delivered it at 3am. When I asked for compensation one manager offered $75, I went to guest services to tell them about it and they said we can only offer you a "bottle of wine". Our first time ever in Jamaica and this resort, never again.

Lobby and pool,kitchen and surroundings was great,needed more Activities to show more of Jamaican culture,needed a Activity /program manager,Club was closed,but upon checking in they told me and my fiancรฉ that it was open also it was my fiancรฉ birthday,they were supposed to put something on the room door for him. But didnโt,very sad,

Beach is not nice at all and only spot which is swimable is for exclusive guest only. We all pay lots of money to go there we should be able to enjoy basic amenities like a nice beach. Also transportation from lobby to tennis court should be offered to customers especially there being not that many going there. Itโs just a long walk in the heat. Other than that very nice stay. 2nd time going there.
