It’s always a comfortable stay! Big and spacious!

Got back from the beach and wanted to shower but we had no towels in the room. They came and got the towels but didn’t leave fresh ones because they pick up the towels and wash them and then bring them back before they clean the room. They did get us some after we asked and cleaned the room while we were at dinner. The bed was really firm and had stiff sheets. Other wise friendly staff, decent breakfast and location was good for going to the Corpus attractions or going to mustang island.

Hotel doesn't have the King suite that is listed online. Card keys didn't work. Rooms where not ready, which is strange because there where house keepers wondering around everywhere. House keeping also had their music blaring in the hallway. You could hear it from the front desk. Hotel owner was notified of key card problem that apparently had been going on for days and nothing has been done about it. Hotel refused to refund me the difference between what i paid for on the kind suite that wasn't available and what I was given. Roaches crawling around (big ones!). Ask for extra towels from house keeping no luck. Ended up with pool towels from front desk because they didn't have any ether. Bathtub was in bad shape and had mold on the ceiling. Rooms smell funny (like mold). A/C doesn't work unless you turn it down to 60. This hotel is SO LOUD 24/7. Especially if your room is by the stairs.

Did not get the room i reserved because IT DOESN'T EXIST AT THIS LOCATION. Then room keys wouldn't work on the room I excepted just so we wouldn't have to switch hotels. The room wasn't finished (just like many others around it), house keeping rushed it. They had their cart in the hallway blaring music so loud you could hear it from the front desk. The rooms smell. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub had a horrible patch job done to it. The soap dish was basically hanging off the wall and the shower curtain was useless so we had water all over the floor. We asked housekeeping for extra towels when she was in finishing our room. Didn't get those, so we asked the front desk. They only had "pool towels" so we got really crappy tiny towels do deal with. THANKFULLY WE WHERE ONLY HERE ONE NIGHT! You couldn't get in any of the doors besides the main door and due to where the elevator is located a lot of people use the stairs. So you basically listen to slamming doors and stopping all day and night.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and pet friendly too.
