Dear Hotel Berkeley Manager or Owner
I stayed 2 nights at your hotel with my wife, last June.
I experienced very bad situation at your morning restaurant.
When I picked small ham with a picker and cheese of 2 pieces with same picker
inside the plastic box (attached with box photo)
the serving woman came to be close and said to me suddenly.
"Why do you pick up the ham and cheese with one picker"
wrinkling on her face.
I didn't reply her, just only nodding.
I didn't find out another cheese picker inside same box beforehand.
I think we could pick up ham and cheese inside same box with one picker unintentionally.
Even if I made a small mistake as a guest ,
the picking each of the ham picker and cheese picker inside one box was so important?
Should she have pointed out the my picker,
with gesture ignoring the guest?
Indeed, I wanted to yell at her, but I kept to be very patient for the other guest,
and she asked for my room number,
But I noticed she didn't ask for room number to the other western guest.
I felt I was disregarded by a serving woman at a dinnig room.
I thought the breakfast food was not so bad.
However the atmosphere of morning dinning room was not warmed
and not kind for us, Asian tourists.
She looked like with arrogant gesture, who disgraced Asian guest especially
in my view.
I never forget the unpleasant feelings during my staying at Berkerly hotel
in Dubrovnik.
