Stayed 5 nights, the front seat, Evilen was helpful and great at front desk, the shuttle service was very good. The room was dated, the pillows and mattress was not comfortable, carpeted floor old.
Room cleaned every other day, no tea supplied, only strong coffee in the room, which we could not drink.

Rubbish Service and No Water
There was no water in the hotel today when I complained the manager said he called to inform but I got no calls! Doesnโt even matter if you informed how do you expect people to change and fresh up in the morning if there is no water??? There was no alternate provided!! Rubbish service

Five day stay
Very impressed that the GM took the time to call me to address an issue on my previous stay. What I really respect is that he listened to everything I had to say without interrupting or making excuses. Again very impressed that he took the time to do this and address the situation. This hotel could be great with a few changes and it seems the GM really looks to make things right for guests

The front desk staff were great. But they were have a problem with housekeeping. We asked them to empty the garbage and if we could have some more Keurig cops never showed up. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Dulles stay
Front desk staff definitely not good with customer service. Breakfast way over priced. Rooms dated with wallpaper coming off the bathroom walls. Toilet didn't work properly. Beds very comfortable. Towels very old and some torn. Hallways look to just had carpet replaced.

Rude front desk
Stayed two nights and needed to add on two additional nights. Front desk said best to go through Hotels com. Girl said just do it on their site and I will keep you in the same room. Next day Saturday am went down to get the keys updated and Evelyn said you cannot stay in that room. She also was very rude. So many other hotels in the area so last time at a Hilton and I am an Honors member. Nice way they treat their core guests. Too many choices out there to have to deal with someone like Evelyn.
