Everything was as promised the location, room, view, pool. it was all great.
However, the hotel seems to have issues with its service which i noticed in several occassions.
Despite the front desk telling me 3 times that they would send someone up to fix the dryer in my room after it continued to stop in mid run. No one was sent up and took me hours to figure out what was wrong.
Also other occasions a house keeping on multiple request took 5 hours to be heard.
Finally, while the front desk was great some of the other employees seemed to be more focused on enjoying conservations with colleagues compared to actually serving guests.
Employees would laugh and talk loudly togerther at the pool bar rather than helping guests. It was hard to see who the actual guests were.
Considering that this is a highend hotel, while the rooms and facilities are up to standard, as for now employees standards and guest services seem to be better at cheap business hotels.
