We stayed here fir 2 nights. The apartment was never spacious and clean. Before we arrived we made contact with the owner who did his upmost to makes sure we knew where the place was which made it easy to find. On arrived we where contacted again so the owner could talk us around the apartment and answer any question we had. The apartment was in the right place to use as only 20min walk to anfield plenty of takeaway and local pubs if you want to eat . The bus across the road took you into liverpool. We only had one problem while we where there and that was with the shower. We call the owner about 6pm who did his upmost to get it fix. Which was done the next day. And we where update the whole time with how the fix was going. He even gave us a plan B if it wasn't not fixed in time for us to go out. So great customer service. The only other thing i would say it the futons chair in the front room could do with and update as they go into bed which dont look comfortable. And also the ariel for the Tv could do with a better signel.

This neighborhood is sketchy and the streets are filthy. There was almost no open dining in the afternoon-we had to walk a mile in the rain to find a warm place to eat. The directions to get in for the property should have been provided in an email after the security deposit was made and accepted so a stressful wait for contact was not needed. Further I was asked for a copy of my passport which I think allows for identity theft. In the property itself the faucet for the shower was very very difficult to manipulate so I was scalded by the hot water that couldnโt be cooled off. Worst of all was the bed-only one full size and then a very rickety contraption that had no cushioning. We were grateful to only stay one night because the stay was so unpleasant. The price for this awful experience was ridiculous-definitely not worth it.

The apartment was well appointed, the only constructive criticism I would have is in relation to the two single futons; as they either need replacing or restoration to allow a good nights sleep. Beyond this the apartment was ideal

Clean, Warm & spacious with plenty of facilities. Great communication with Paul who met us at the property to give us the keys and show us round. Perfectly located for travelling into Liverpool & surrounding areas.

My husband and I recently stayed here.
We loved it and will stay there again the next time we visit Liverpool.
The owner was very helpful. We were able to easily walk to most every shops, there bedroon was very comfortable.
There is some street noise because the property is located in a central area, but we never had a problem going to sleep since the rooms/windows are well insulated. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our hotel choice.

The apartment itself was nice enough. We had to call for linen for the pull-out sofa and enough towels. There were a dozen rolls of toilet paper but no paper towels in the kitchen, the TV wasn't hooked up for over the air local channels, you had to log in to personal subscription services to watch anything. The radiators didn't put out much heat. The toilet stopped flushing for a period of time. The shower valve didn't operate correctly, the lowest temperature setting was almost uncomfortably hot. The bathroom fan didn't work, and the tiny window was inoperable, so there was no venting of steam or odors. The bathroom sink faucets were so short and close to the sink edge that washing hands was difficult.
For some reason, the interior door between living room and rest of apartment had a an automatic closer on it, and the tension was adjusted way to high, which made opening it difficult. A door stop to keep it open would have been nice, The area outside the entry was littered with trash, and there was construction going on right next door. Parking on the narrow street was difficult. Even for the reasonable fee we paid, we expected a better experience.
