This is a basic hotel, you know what to expect before you get there. It's old and tired, no air con, no kettle, noisy so your sleep will be poor. That said, great location for Paddington and Hyde park etc. Staff were friendly and the rooms reasonably clean. This wasn't a holiday for me, I just needed somewhere to crash, it did the job.

I don't have much to say as I stayed for only one night. Of course, I would have loved an air-conditioned room but the fan was a godsend. The staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast, but I did use the refreshments 'bar' when I got back late evening, to have a hot drink before going to bed. The hotel is so convenient for Paddington station - I will certainly consider staying at Nayland Hotel again.

4/10 - 보통이에요

All the staff were really friendly and welcoming from arrival (reception) through to breakfast staff. The room was small but I only booked a single room for my stay. Very clean and tidy throughout. No kettle in the room but free tea, coffee and water was available in reception 24/7. I liked that their was a lift available, especially while the outside temp was sooo hot. The area felt really safe and the location was literally round the corner from Paddington Station. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. No air conditioning in the room, there was an adjustable fan on the wall that worked well if leaving the window open. I would have liked fly screens to enable window being left open all night but that's more of a personal choice. Breakfast was continental, help yourself buffet, enough of an option to fuel you for the morning, cereal, boiled eggs, cheese and hams, yoghurts.
