Overall a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was a great set up with 3 beds sleeping 4 comfortably. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Great location from station and island centre. However the room I had (room 403) I could hear the people above and as it was by the staircase people coming up and down the stairs. Inside was clean and tidy, but it felt a noisy room. Would also bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Staff friendly and helpful. On the whole a good hotel.
