Cat at breakfast table.
The hotel itself is very well located in the center of town. It has an old look and is very simple, but has everything you need. Shower ran smoothly but hot/cold water combination was hard to obtain to get the right temperature, it was either too hot or too cold.
Beds and pillows were comfy and the place was thoroughly cleaned during our stay.
My only and biggest issue I have is with the hotel restaurant and the breakfast. There are cats around the property and during our first day, we saw a cat on top of the table, in between all the breakfast items.
The cat came off the table and went its way, but after telling the staff about it, all they said was ‘yes, we have a problem with cats in the property’. If you know it’s a problem, why don’t you do something to protect the food people are eating from the cats?!!
It seemed absolutely ridiculous and careless and as someone that has an allergy to cats, I was not ok with them being in the property, PERIOD.
