Great time at the signature with Accra Luxury
I enjoyed my stay with Accra Luxury at The Signature apartments. The complimentary airport transfer was pleasant and efficient. I had a host welcome me upon my arrival at the signature and showed me to my room and how to navigate the tv and air conditioning system. I had daily housekeeping which was amazing. The decor and furniture in my apartment was of exceptional quality, which I thoroughly appreciated. It was handy to have a washing machine/ dryer in the apartment. There was also a clothes drying rack. I don’t have many negative things to say. Only that the shower drainage was poor, as the water would not drain quickly. Also there was an issue with my transfer back to the airport which really frustrated me and caused unnecessary stress and bad feelings at the very end of what was a pleasant stay with Accra luxury at the Signature. Lastly, there were no oven gloves available to take hot items out from the oven. Despite this, I would recommend staying here and would return myself.

I asked the third party agent to replace the water with belaqua or voltic which she agreed and took away the other brand which I think is Verna. She never came back. I called the conceirge and on four different times, they told me someone would deliver the water but to no avail. I requested for it again in the morning with breakfast and nothing happened. This is very appalling.

Lennox is good
I never stayed at the signature. I arrived quite late on a thursday night, and was greeted by a man who could inform me that they had given my room away (even though i had booked several months ago). For some reason they had forgotten to tell me (they had my info, because we had already previously texted on whatsapp). After realizing that they would lose quite a lot of money, since I had planned to stay for more than a week, I was told that the room wasn’t given away, but they were renovating it, but they had a temporary room for me at the embassy gardens. A grumpy guy came to check us in after half an hour of waiting there (we were told that the host would be waiting for us, and since these are appartments, and not a part of the hotel, the reseptionists didn’t know of us when we arrived). Now, Embassy Gardens is also a nice place (good security, clean, nice pool etc), but the room was clearly cheaper than the room i initally payed for, so i contacted the host and hotels.com to complain. After two/three days, we got a new room at the Lennox, where we stayed for the remaining of the stay. Now, that room was much better than the Embassy Gardens, and the host there, was very nice. I’m still very disppointed that I did not get the room/studio at the hotel i had initally booked, and very disappointed that I was not contacted before my arrival. I do believe I have payed more for these places than I should have, but all in all was pleased at the Lennox.

Second time is NOT a charm
Second time is definitely not a charm. My first trip to the Signature apartments was wonderful so I decided to go back again. Used the same management company (Accra Luxury Apartments) and they flopped. We spent nearly twice per night as we did the week prior but got the worst service from Jennifer (our host). The TV remote didn’t work. All we couple watch was what was prescheduled when the remote worked in the past. She refused to change it. Said we have to pay for upgraded WiFi to get a working remote. The iron was missing from the room. She harassed us about it the entire day before getting us an Iron. She delivered breakfast after 10 am our first morning when we ordered it to be delivered by 8. The list goes on. I’m sad to say I won’t stay at the signature again unless I’m assured a new host. Jennifer was not the one I would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Signature Luxury Apartments and we're looking forward to returning. The accommodations were excellent, the staff provided superb service and are looking into possibly purchasing an apartment at this property for future visits.

The stay was good. The location is very convenient. 15 min the the airport and Accra mall. There are many restaurants and grocery stores close to the apartment in case you don’t find what you need in the onsite convenience store. There is also a dry cleaner open Monday through Friday in site. And a pharmacy in case you are sick during your travel. On the 11th floor of the second building there is a cool bar and restaurant with views of the city. Perfect for a hang out or private party. Roof top pool as well. We will come back again.

The property design is really nice and the security are sooo lovely. Some of the receptionist are very unprofessional and look like they cannot be bothered with clients. My host Jennifer was very unprofessional as checking in took over an hour and a half to complete as my room wasn’t ready (even though I paid for the room in full weeks prior). Additionally she moved me the next day to another room because she stated that the room I initially booked for required maintenance and was now available. I had to pack all my bags again and move my mother who was so tired with all the travelling. Overall it was a terrible experience for me and I will not be staying at this place again

SIGNATURE APARTMENTS PROVIDES COMFORT.
I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.
