I had a wonderful stay at the Accra Luxury Apartments at the Signature. The room was excellent—spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Great time at the signature with Accra Luxury
I enjoyed my stay with Accra Luxury at The Signature apartments. The complimentary airport transfer was pleasant and efficient. I had a host welcome me upon my arrival at the signature and showed me to my room and how to navigate the tv and air conditioning system. I had daily housekeeping which was amazing. The decor and furniture in my apartment was of exceptional quality, which I thoroughly appreciated. It was handy to have a washing machine/ dryer in the apartment. There was also a clothes drying rack. I don’t have many negative things to say. Only that the shower drainage was poor, as the water would not drain quickly. Also there was an issue with my transfer back to the airport which really frustrated me and caused unnecessary stress and bad feelings at the very end of what was a pleasant stay with Accra luxury at the Signature. Lastly, there were no oven gloves available to take hot items out from the oven. Despite this, I would recommend staying here and would return myself.

Stayed at The Signature, a great facility. Jennifer from Accra Luxury provided outstanding customer service, resolving a delayed check-in and facilitating an upgrade to address room issues. Despite initial challenges, the overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely book with them again.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay there. I found the floors and surfaces were not as clean as I would have liked. Plus checking in was a little bit of a headache. No wifi in the lobby only the rooms. With a few improvements, this could be great.

Small section of the road leading to the beautiful property is not tarred so dirt and dust in that area. They need to tar that road. The internet in the last 2-3 days of my stay was not working which was a little frustrating but overall I will stay again at the property.

Took 1,5 hrs to check in. Was not given key to elevator so had to take one to top floor (public access to bar) and walk down few stories (same when needed to exit building) No hairdryer , after asked for one was told associate is on the way with one. Twice same reply but two days later no one showed up.

I asked the third party agent to replace the water with belaqua or voltic which she agreed and took away the other brand which I think is Verna. She never came back. I called the conceirge and on four different times, they told me someone would deliver the water but to no avail. I requested for it again in the morning with breakfast and nothing happened. This is very appalling.

Lennox is good
I never stayed at the signature. I arrived quite late on a thursday night, and was greeted by a man who could inform me that they had given my room away (even though i had booked several months ago). For some reason they had forgotten to tell me (they had my info, because we had already previously texted on whatsapp). After realizing that they would lose quite a lot of money, since I had planned to stay for more than a week, I was told that the room wasn’t given away, but they were renovating it, but they had a temporary room for me at the embassy gardens. A grumpy guy came to check us in after half an hour of waiting there (we were told that the host would be waiting for us, and since these are appartments, and not a part of the hotel, the reseptionists didn’t know of us when we arrived). Now, Embassy Gardens is also a nice place (good security, clean, nice pool etc), but the room was clearly cheaper than the room i initally payed for, so i contacted the host and hotels.com to complain. After two/three days, we got a new room at the Lennox, where we stayed for the remaining of the stay. Now, that room was much better than the Embassy Gardens, and the host there, was very nice. I’m still very disppointed that I did not get the room/studio at the hotel i had initally booked, and very disappointed that I was not contacted before my arrival. I do believe I have payed more for these places than I should have, but all in all was pleased at the Lennox.
