Old and No free parking but at least it’s clean

The hotel advertises free parking 3 times in the listing but does not offer free parking. You have to pay to park on the street. Bed was very uncomfortable and the place was very old, but it was clean so I was pleased with that. The window to the room is on a busy road, so it’s very loud at night for sleeping. If you’re picky about where you stay, don’t stay here. But if you just need a clean place to sleep, this would be your place.

No lo recomiendo.

El lugar estaba limpio y nada más. El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente. Se apaga todas las noches y vuelve a encender por la mañana. No enfría correctamente, pasamos noches que no podíamos dormir por el calor que hacía. El anfitrión nunca respondió mis mensajes.

The room wasn't very clean and poorly insulated: we could hear every noise from the street. In the kitchen, there was no dish to put in the oven and the dishwasher was not working. It's a shame!

Mehh..couldve been better..

It was nice for what it was, a one night stay to catch the port early the next day. Tv was not working sent message never got a response so we had to watch tv on our cells. Only positive is we were clise enough to walk to get food. Bed was so squeaky and loud not too comfy. Not worth the price and would be nice to have onsite help.

Comfortable Bed

The place was a bit outdated however the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. They offer a coffee pot etc but didn’t have cups so maybe find the person on staff to see if they have some.

Unique property with great location

I was a little nervous staying here since you're told in advance there's no front desk. However, you get your main door code prior to the stay with room assignment and room code when room is available day of stay. Nice quaint room, with everything you need. Best part of stay though is location, less than 2 blocks from the beach. For anyone with vehicle, parking very limited, but since we didn't have vehicle it wasn't issue for us. Ended up being a great one night stay before cruise out of port of Miami.

O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, e tem vários lugares pra colocar roupas e produtos de higiene, tem uma boa localização , próximo à praia. Tem cozinha , porém poucos utensílios e não tinha nenhuma panela Tem vagas de estacionamento, mas, não são suficientes para todos. Paramos a maioria das vezes nos estacionamentos públicos.

Se soubesse de todos os problemas, não ficaria.

Eu me hospedei no Baltic entre os dias 22 e 25 de fevereiro. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, porém, ao chegarmos, notamos que o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Tentamos falar pelo WhatsApp, como eles sugeriram. Porém, eles não respondem. No dia seguinte, pedimos ajuda da pessoa da limpeza, porém ela nem entrou em nosso quarto. Havia muita poeira debaixo da cama e parecia não ter sido verificado há algum tempo. Somente no dia 24 que o hotel resolveu mandar alguém para desentupir o vaso. Lamentável que tenhamos que usar o banheiro público por dois dias. Fora que o hóspede do quarto ao lado fez uma festa nas noites dos dias 23 e 24. Eu fiquei sem retorno do hotel no WhatsApp. Paguei o preço por um hotel em Miami Beach que não valeu.

There was no A/C control for the room. I did not even think to check for that in the description. Luckily the windows opened and there was a ceiling fan. Very quaint and clean. The TV would not work and the response was sent after checkout the following day along with a notice of no late check out even though we left before 9.

This is an excellent location but the room carpet was very very stained. The property manager was good and she let me check in early which I appreciate. She was so responsive. But the drain in the tub backed up and couldn’t be used all day and there was no front desk so when people were loud and partying in the hall it felt unsafe. The property responded quickly over texting and must have texted the loud folks.

Pas de stationnement facile autour, ni à l’hôtel comme c’était prévu lors de la réservation. C’était vraiment difficile de trouver un stationnement. La chambre n’était pas comme c’était décrit sur le site lors de la réservation de la chambre d’hôtel. Le bain ainsi que le siège de toilette sont vraiment dû pour être changé. Pas de tranquillité par rapport aux bruits des des gens qui ne respectent pas les autres. Très décevant.

Good value

I would give this 7 out of 10. It is great value for the location—there is a beautiful beach park a short walk away. It is an old building with no amenities, but it would still be a 10 except for there are only two parking spaces for at least 8 rooms and you have no control over the temperature in the room.

These photos for the Baltic Hotel listing are years out of date and do not represent the location at all in it's present. It was sad to hear the cleaning lady had brought to the manager's attention the roach issue the location has and recommended fumigation but she has said nothing has been done. I didn't even bother staying a single day after I saw the conditions and dealing with the stress of trying to address this issue. This place needs to be cleaned, fumigated. This review is free of profanity, personal information, and any pricing information. What is written is just the truth of the place and I hope others are informed and look elsewhere.
