Not sure how this hotel has such high reviews. Our stay was horrible. To begin, getting in to every door you need a code for EACH door. There’s stairs at EVERY doorway, which makes it’s difficult to lug your bags in and open doors, as the doors are heavy. And doors open the opposite way, towards you, so it makes it even harder to carry bags in and open doors coming up the stairs. It’s near the airport, so you hear planes flying constantly ALL day and night. Walls are thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. There’s no parking nearby, we had to park 2 blocks down and still pay for parking. Our AC/heater wasn’t working, the towel rack broke once setting the towel on it, the refrigerator was loud as heck, we had to unplug it, the counters were dusty, like they hadn’t been cleaned. Most rooms besides the suites are shared bathrooms. And the suites are downstairs in like some back alley. Would never stay here again or recommend. Specially for the price. We paid less to stay at a Hilton with actual people at the front desk and room service. P
