First of all, I have used this hotel for either family or business trip in last several years and this is the first time I experienced in very discomfort customer services while staying here.
Details of the story as follow:
During this date of stay, there was major cleaning problem in my room and I discussed with their managers to get some in-room dining service credits for my compensation. However, everytime I tried to use those credits for ordering room services, the service crew keep asking me I need to pay for it. No matter how many times I keep telling them I have remaining credits from my compensation, they don’t seem understand it. To me this VERY unethical and unprofessional behaviors because they mentioned about this missing payments EVEN after my check-out.
Overall, I am very disappointed your customer services I really expect to see better services for next time visit.
