The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had a wide variety of amenities available to be used at your discretion. We did not actually use their breakfast buffet, but we did inspect it and thought that it was overpriced and not worth it. The rooms were very comfortable though a little small for Westerners. The biggest positive was that the beds were really comfortable, at least for me. I didn't wake up multiple times a night, which happened in other hotels for me. The biggest negative is that it's about a 10-15 min walk to public transportation. That may not seem like much, but if you're there for multiple days, it can get tedious, making that trek every day to get to places. Another positive is that there are multiple different convenience stores, and if you cross the street and go north, there is actually a choice of two smaller "markets" with more choices that were nice to have.
This hotel is on the edges of a business district and a bit of a pleasure district, so depending on which direction you go, depends on if it's quiet or busy later at night, but the area directly near the hotel, shuts down quite early.
