Waiters and bartenders did not understand a word in English,simple words like Ice,straw,glass etc.No salt and pepper on the tables in any restaurant or buffet.The central main bar where is the check in counter,the staff is really slow,somedays even they was just a one person at the counter which explains why but even when they were multiple people they were not paying any attention to the tourist trying to order drinks,they were not curteous,not smiling.They need a really good training on customer service.Language barrier i understand but they need at at least basic words to know.Chairs had dirty spots on them and stains i guess years ago.Beach area, the sunbed chairs were really challenging to lay in them very uncomfortable .Also they were really trying to push very hard in arrogant way customers to buy a membership plan to become a member of their resorts around the world for 20 000 usd.I have lost 3hrs of my time and my wifes time listenning to their stories, how good deal is to become a member.And their managers there were two who tried so desperately to get a commission, told me,i see “You can not afford this”which made me feel so bad and uncomfortable like a second class people.Who offers like “ how much you can give us today,can you do 5k”?I told them i dont want to be a member period. it looked alike some kind of a pyramid scam seriously!Those managers with the suits were in their Vip section by the beach.We were told there was some kind of a lottery from our Concierg
