They were renovating rooms so that’s why cleanliness rating wasn’t higher. It’s was quieter than I expected. Comfortable and ultimately just what I needed. If I had one complaint is that parking is very tight.

Beware!!!
Room was filthy, both beds showed evidence of bug infestation. Cockroaches crawled on our belongings. Junked vehicles in the parking lot, permanent residents camped out on the balcony smoking and blocking access to our room. Management unable to resolve the situation despite our efforts, and then refused to refund our payment because we didn’t ask for refund within the 15 minutes of checking in. We left and stayed at another hotel nearby.

It’s a bed
We had 2 rooms ours was down stairs and our teens upstairs. It was a long drive home so I booked to take a sleep break. So wasn’t expecting much. We got that. What appears to be a lot of broken down cars around the back. 2 flat pillows per bed. Beds ok. Continental breakfast was self-made waffles which were good. The orange juice is a mixture of something and the apple juice also is something.

The tacky place .
I did not stay in that room which was up stairs and I am a 70 year old woman and alone with a dog at the back of the dirty building with a trailer parked in the parking lot driving way and people living in the rooms around me. So stepping in the the room my shoes sound like I was sticking to the floor and the smell was terrible of old smoke and the bed spread had holes in it. So I hit the road and drove to Sarasota that night. To my own house with a clean bed and a nice smelling place .
