An hour and a half from entering the lobby to getting my room.
First, a 25 minute wait for the only employee working the desk at 3:51 pm to check-in two people ahead of me.
Then, I paid for a room with a king-sized bed, but was put into one with two doubles.
So back to the desk, carryimg my bags, and the clerk put me in a room much further away, AND OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALREADY STAYING IN MY NEW ROOM!
So back to the desk again, but this time I am greeted by a sign that says the clerk will return "shortly."
25 more minutes later, and he did return, and he put me into an unoccupied room with a king bed.
The coffee machine didn't work so I called down to see if I could come down for a replacement. To my surprise, the clerk said he would run one right up to me.
40-minutes later, I went to go back to the front desk, but ran into the clerk on my way. He was walking toward my room without a coffeemaker.
He explained he was heading to fix someone else's TV, and he wasn't sure if I was coming to get the coffeemaker for myself.
I told him that was obvious bull. He clearly said he would bring it to me, and 40 minutes later he is walking toward my room without it.
ADDITIONALLY:
THEY DO NOT CLEAN CLOTHE SHOWER CURTAINS BETWEEN GUESTS... MOLDY SCUM ON BOTTOM OF MINE.
There is green scum growing around the holes on the shower nozzle.
The Pool is "Closed" & Dangerous.
The guest laundry is out of order. very bad!
